The Château de la Vignauderie is located in a quiet country setting, 30 km from Nantes and 28 km from the Sea, on a 2-hectare estate planted with trees and not enclosed (other 6-person Holiday cottage on site). Private terrace (east-facing), with unobstructed view. On-site private parking + garage for bikes/motorbikes.
Ground floor (access via 10 steps): lounge, living room and fitted kitchen.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed with private bathroom/wc, 2: 140x190 bed, 3: 2 90x200 beds) and 1 bathroom/wc.
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (1: bed 160x200 with private bathroom/wc, 2: bed 160x200, 3: 2 beds 90x200) and 1 bathroom/wc.
Basement: billiard room, room with table soccer, Sports hall (treadmill, elliptical, rowing machine), laundry room and separate WC.
Equipment included: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, chair/baby bed.
Included: electricity, pellet heating, bed linen (beds made on arrival) and towels.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning (180€) and tourist tax.
