Holiday cottage located in the village, in the heart of the Parc de Brière, 25 km from La Baule and Guérande (close to the owners' house). Enclosed 170 m² garden with south-facing terrace. Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen and shower room/wc. First floor: 2 bedrooms (each with 1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 90x190), bathroom and separate toilet.
Facilities included: freezer, hi-fi system, WiFi access, cot/high chair on request, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dishwashing liquid, sponges, etc.). All inclusive: gas heating, bed linen, towels, electricity, wood. Optional cleaning package (70€).
