Holiday cottage located in a quiet cul-de-sac on a housing estate, close to Le Croisic shops and 500 m from a sandy beach. Enclosed 440 m² garden with south-east-facing terrace.
Ground floor: living/dining room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), shower room, separate WC and storeroom. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 90x190 + baby bed, 2: bed 140x190 + baby bed, 3: bed 140x190), bathroom and separate WC.
Facilities include: complete baby equipment, freezer, radio/CD and Blu-Ray HD DVD player + Kids DVD, wifi.
Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen.
Not included: bathroom linen, optional cleaning fee (75€).
Garage for bikes.
Saturday/Saturday rental, open all year. Tourist clientele only. Guérande / La Baule 15 km.

Françoise logement très bien équipée, . confortable terasse abritée. Chambre agréable rien a redire
nous étions 7 et le logement était largement assez spacieux de plus salle de bain et toilettes séparées en bas et en haut très pratique

VERONIQUE A recommander sans hésitation
La description de la maison est parfaite, Gite très propre et très bien équipé avec un espace jardin clôturé, idéalement situé pour visiter la presqu'ile guérandaise.
A environ 20 minutes à pied des commerces et du port, et 5 minutes de la mer, très proche du sentier côtier de la côte sauvage, nous avons passons un excellent séjour.
