In a quiet bocage setting, 35 km from Angers and 5 km from the Loire, this detached barn, located close to the owners' house, has been renovated with respect for heritage and the environment (Ecogîte label). Private 300 m² semi-enclosed garden with south-facing terrace, and vast natural area surrounding the Holiday cottage. Piscine aux sels heated from mid-May to mid-September (shared with owners, 10x5m).
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen (wood-burning stove), small TV room, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), shower room/wc with PRM access.
Upstairs: 1 large bedroom (4 beds 90x190, 2 of which can be twinned), shower room/wc.
Facilities included: wifi, baby equipment on request (cot, bath and high chair).
Included: bed linen (beds made up), electricity (excluding electric car recharging), underfloor aerothermal heating.
Not included: wood (stove - €10/crate of wood), towels (€5/person) and cleaning package (mandatory for business customers - €90).

Welcome to the Bonne Mine gîte. Seduced by this group of buildings steeped in history, we decided to live here as a family and bring it to life.
This former noble house, now a farm, has been brought back to life thanks to a renovation that respects the quality of the construction and incorporates sustainable development techniques.
The transformation of the former stable into an eco-lodge continues this approach, using healthy materials and preserving the assets of the existing building. We wanted to create a simple, warm and friendly space that respected our personal tastes.
You'll feel at home here, but you'll also feel at home with us. We have also chosen the wide open spaces of this majestic Loire Valley and the local history, which we will try to help you discover. You'll find out why our gîte is called "Bonne Mine".
As we are passionate about theatre, painting and art in general, we occasionally host theatrical performances or concerts here, which are always great moments of conviviality that you can share if you happen to be here at the right time.

Patrice LG Maison agréable, au calme. La piscine au top par forte chaleur. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire.
Nous avons pu visiter des châteaux dans la région beaucoup de lieux magnifiques aux alentours .

Corrie séjour très agréable

Fred très confortable, agréable et calme
Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans un gîte bien équipé et avons pu utiliser la piscine avec chaises longues à notre discrétion. A proximité des villes d'Angres et de Nantes, des commerces et une boulangerie très proches. Nous serions ravis de revenir
