Charming early 20th-century house in quiet location, in the heart of the village, close to shops. Access to the house by 3 steps. A large terrace overlooks the 600 m² enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees. 8 bicycles, ping-pong table and Kids' games available.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 90x200, 2: beds 180x200), shower room and separate WC.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 with dressing rooms (1: 2 beds 90x200, 3: 3 beds 90x200, 3: bed 180x200), shower room and separate WC.
Baby Equipment included: baby equipment, freezer, radio/CD, Wifi, flat-screen TV (USB port + foreign channels), DVD player, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponges...).
Not included: Gas heating (€20/day), electricity and tourist tax.

    Superbe gîte familial

    Passé un très bon séjour en famille, agencement des chambres parfait pour nous (6 adultes + 4 ados), confortable, très beau jardin et proche des commerces du bourg :)

    Nous avons séjournés en famille dans le gite de Nathaly, nous avons été très satisfaite, gite propre, très bonne literie, en plein bourg mais avec un très beau jardin tranquille, très bien accueillis aussi par nathaly, bonne continuation a elle

    Très bon séjour dans ce gîte confortable et spacieux

    Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille, la maison est grande, très bien équipée, et le jardin clos permet de profiter du beau temps. La propriétaire est très réactive et accueillante. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

    Hautement recommandé pour un séjour agréable!

    Nous avons séjourné au Mimosa pendant une semaine, après un accueil sympathique de la part de l'hôtesse Nathaly. C'est une belle maison (fraîche) avec un ameublement complet et confortable. Le beau jardin est spacieux et vous pouvez profiter du soleil ou de l'ombre à plusieurs endroits.
    L'emplacement de la maison Au Mimosa en fait un bon point de départ pour faire du tourisme ou explorer les environs.
    Bouvron dispose d'une bonne boulangerie et d'un petit supermarché.
    Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Mimosa.
