Halfway between Nantes and the sea (approx. 30 km), this large, renovated, detached house is located in a peaceful countryside setting. Other 4- and 5-person gîtes on site. Vast 500 m² enclosed space with portico, pétanque (2 terraces, south and north).
Ground floor: large living room (wood-burning stove) with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), bathroom/wc and linen room.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 2 twin beds 90x200, 2: 3 beds 90x190 (1 of which high), 3: 2 beds 90x190), shower room, separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, hifi, CD/DVD players, baby equipment.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, wood. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (90€).
50€ deposit withheld in the event of failure to sort waste.

Nelly et Samuel
Au Fil des Saisons is a 9-bed family home that we renovated ourselves. We've put all our heart into making it welcoming and family-friendly. To complete our offer, we also renovated Samuel's grandparents' old barn nearby. This "gentle bohemian" gîte sleeps 4 and combines the warmth of the old with the comfort of the new. You'll be able to take advantage of your stay to visit the region and why not sample the vegetables grown by Samuel on his farm, as well as the fine wine produced a few hundred metres away at the Domaine de la Garnaudière.

Cécile Vacances au calme
Super séjour, nous sommes ravis tous les 6.
Le gîte est spacieux et très agréable.
Les propriétaires sont disponibles mais pas envahissants et c est chouette.
Pour profiter des chemins aux alentours des alentours, des vélos sont à prévoir.
L escape game dans le Vignoble Malidain est à recommander
Seul bémol, La Limouziniere est une commune étalée mais sans commerce type boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacie...
Heureusement St Philbert de Grand Lieu n est pas loin 🙂- Cleanliness

Marie-Laure beau gite , propre et bien entretenu
agreable , calme , on peut profiter du maraichage pratiqué par Mr et Mme Blin (et c tres bon) on conseille l'escape game juste à coté au chais de la famille Malidain et si vous avez des enfants , la plage de Boulogne à st philbert de grand lieu , le karting (west mecapark à Corcoue s logne) et sympa pour les petits à partir d'1.15 m (il y a aussi 1 kart pour 2 personnes)

Christophe et Hélène Super, à renouveler si nous retournons dans le même secteur
Gite situé très au calme, sans être pour autant retiré du monde. Superette au village, magasin plus important à quelques km. De quoi visiter à proximité a pieds, non loin de Nantes et de la côte, ile de Noirmoutier... Gite totalement équipé, très fonctionnel. Sanitaires irréprochables. Literie confortable même pour les gens fragile du dos.
