Au Cœur de l'Océan is a single-storey apartment in a small two-storey building in the heart of St Brévin l'Océan, just 100 m from the beach, shops, market and restaurants. Private parking space. The apartment benefits from a pleasant 30 m² outdoor space on the garden level, comprising a terrace and a small garden protected by a planted hedge (enclosed space).
It comprises a fitted kitchen opening onto a living room (with quality 140x190 sofa bed), a bedroom (140x190 bed), a shower room and a separate toilet. Heating included: wifi, cot/chair on request. Included: electricity/electric heating (75 kwh/stay), bed linen and towels. Not included: end-of-stay cleaning deposit (60€) and tourist tax.

C’est avec une grande joie que nous vous ouvrons les portes de notre appartement, niché au cœur de la station balnéaire familiale de Saint Brévin l’Océan. Vous y découvrirez 8 km de côte et de paisibles sentiers ombragés sous les pins.
À seulement 100 m, l’océan et ses vastes plages s’offrent à vous comme un immense terrain de détente et de jeux : baignades, sports de glisse (planche à voile, char à voile, kitesurf…. cerf-volant, jeux de plage…). Pour ma part, j’aime y pratiquer le beach art (le dessin sur le sable). Je suis également passionnée par les arbres.
Quant à Alain, ancien boulanger et bon vivant, il pratique la pêche à la ligne et se fera un plaisir d'échanger avec vous à ce sujet si vous le souhaitez.
