Former farmhouse renovated into a Holiday cottage, ideally located in a peaceful setting, 1 km from the Beach and 4 km from the center of Pornic (adjoining another 4-person Holiday cottage).
Enclosed garden of 1200 m².
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto large, bright living room (sofa bed 160x190), bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 and 2: bed 160x200 which can be separated into 2 beds 80x200, 3: 1 bed 140x190 and 2 Bunk beds 80x190), shower room and separate WC.
Equipment included: Wifi, cot/chair, electric car recharging point (meter reading).
All inclusive: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels (no washcloths) and end-of-stay cleaning.
Tourist tax extra.
Free shuttle to Pornic town center near Holiday cottage (July and August).

Didier Gîte spacieux, idéalement situé près de Pornic et les magnifiques plages de Saint Michel Chef Chef
Très beau gîte, décoré avec goût, un grand jardin extérieur et une belle terrasse. Françoise a été superbe pour l'accueil.
