Former farmhouse renovated into a Holiday cottage, ideally located in a peaceful setting, 1 km from the Beach and 4 km from the center of Pornic (adjoining another 4-person Holiday cottage).
Enclosed garden of 1200 m².
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto large, bright living/dining room (sitting area with 160x190 sofa bed, with the option of isolating it with a blackout curtain), bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (160x200 bed that can be split into 2 80x200 beds), and separate WC.
Equipment included: Wifi, cot/chair, electric car charging socket (meter reading).
All inclusive: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels (no washcloths) and end-of-stay cleaning.
Tourist tax extra.
Free shuttle bus to Pornic town center close to Holiday cottage (July and August).

Wir haben Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen, die wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und in der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Selbst der Grill ist schon mit Kohle gefüllt und hergerichtet. Hier fühlt man sich rundum wohl.
In 800m Entfernung gibt es mehrere wunderschöne Buchten.- Cleanliness

Chris 77 Gîte très spacieux, à proximité de Pornic, propriétaires très agréables et à l'écoute,
Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires avec de petites attentions qui nous attendaient, gîte très spacieux (nous étions 2) très propre, dans lequel rien ne manquait, avec un bel extérieur, également au calme très proche de Pornic. Nous avons donc passé un très agréable séjour. Nous y séjournerons avec grand plaisir si nous passons une nouvelle fois du côté de Pornic.

Baptiste gîte extremement agréable
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gîte est parfaitement situé pour ceux qui veulent du calme, à 10 minutes à pied de la plus belle plage du coin. Les hôtes sont très prévenants, agréables, très arrangeants et proposent une multitude de petites attentions (jus de fruit dans le frigo, barbecue prêt à l'emploi etc). pour ceux qui cuisinent un peu en vacances le gîte est bien doté d'ustensile pour cuisiner.
