Arôme du Bonheur

Arôme du Bonheur is part of a complex of 3 top-of-the-range Holiday cottages (2 adjoining), renovated with great taste, originality and authenticity from an old farmhouse (total possible capacity 20 pers.). Located in the heart of the Vineyard, 14 km from Clisson and 30 km from Nantes, the outdoor Piscine will be renovated in March and April, opening on May 1st! (No work during the WE - the Holiday cottage exteriors remain accessible and usable). Piscine heated from May to the end of September (access 10h/19h - 7.50 x 3.50 m), shared by the 3 Holiday cottages and the owners. Private parking on the property (plug for electric car recharging). Private, unenclosed terrace (east-facing), naturally shaded by trees, and access to a shared, unenclosed 800 m² garden.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room, 3 bedrooms (each with 2 twin beds 90x190), study, 2 shower rooms, 1 separate WC and linen room. Equipment included: wifi, connected TV, Bluetooth speaker, tumble dryer, cot/chair. Included: electricity, aerothermal heating, bed linen (beds made on arrival) and towels. Not included: compulsory end-of-stay cleaning (150€). Room rental possible on site from October (capacity 50 pers).
