L'appartement des Touristes (named after the owner's grandmother's café, Les Touristes) is located in the village of St Joachim, in the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 1 km from the famous Michelin-starred Restaurant La Mare aux Oiseaux and around 18 km from Guérande, La Baule and the Beaches.
It is located on the 1st floor of a family home completely renovated in 2022 (owners' flower store on the ground floor). Private parking space in front of the house and free public parking approx. 700 m away.
1st floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, shower room and separate toilet.
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (1: bed 140x190 and en-suite shower room, 2: 2 twin beds 90x200, 3: 2 beds 90x200) and 1 separate WC.
Facilities: wifi, tumble dryer.
Sheets included.
Not included: electricity, electric heating and bathroom linen.

Having come from St Joachim for 4 generations, we were determined to make the most of this building, which belonged to my grandparents. It used to be a cinema in the early 1900s (the 1st in the commune!) and a café called Les Touristes. We wanted to pay tribute to the history of the place by keeping this name for our flat.
