Appartement des Touristes

The "Appartement des Touristes" (named after the owner’s grandmother’s café, which was called “Les Touristes”) is located in the village of St. Joachim, in the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 1 km from the famous Michelin-starred Restaurant La Mare aux Oiseaux and about 18 km from Guérande, La Baule, and the beaches.
It is located on the 1st floor of a family home that was completely renovated in 2022 (the owners’ flower shop is on the ground floor). One private parking space in front of the house and free public parking about 700 m away.
First floor: living room with open kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet.
Second floor: 3 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed with an adjoining bathroom; 2: 2 90x200 beds that can be joined together; 3: 2 90x200 beds) and 1 separate toilet.
Amenities: Wi-Fi, dryer, 1 portable air conditioner, 1 fan per bedroom.
Included: bed linens.
Not included: electricity, Electric heating, bath linens, and mandatory end-of-stay cleaning (€65).
Extra bed available upon request.
