In the heart of a winegrowing estate, on a hillside with a superb view of the Loire, the Athimon family welcomes you to a detached former winegrower's house in the heart of nature. Private, semi-enclosed 300 m² garden.
Lounge/living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190) with en-suite shower room/wc, 1 bedroom accessible by 5 steps (1 bed 140x200 + 2 bunk beds 90x200), en-suite shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: Wifi access, radio/CD, high chair/baby cot.
Includes: aerothermal heating and electricity.
Not included: bed linen and towels. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (€75). 2 people maximum for business travelers.
Pets: deposit €100.

Clotilde Des hôtes très sympathiques, discrets, à l'écoute.Le gîte est spacieux et très agréable, c'est calme
Nous avons loué pour une semaine, tout s'est très bien passé, nous ne pouvons que recommander cette destination. Le gîte est en retrait de la ville, c'est entouré de vignes et il y a une belle vue sur la Loire. Les chiens et les enfants ont également apprécié leur séjour !
