On a wine-growing estate in the heart of the village of Monnières, 500 m from the Sèvre river (fishing, hiking, canoeing...), 8 km from Clisson and 20 km from Nantes, typical gîte adjoining the farm buildings. Guest rooms on site (total capacity 14 p.). Non-enclosed private garden of 100 m² (separated by an access path).
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200 which can be separated + 2 beds 90x190), bathroom and separate WC.
Additional equipment: Wifi, freezer, cot.
Included: bed linen (beds made).
Not included: electricity, electric heating (10€/night), bathroom linen and tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (80€).

Lucie Fonctionnel et calme
Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans le logement de Nathalie. Maison calme, parking gratuit à proximité et logement fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié l'espace jardin clôt qui nous était dédié. Gîte bien placé pour découvrir les vignes de l'Anjou !

Isabelle bon accueil au cœur d'un petit village dans les vignes
Très bel espace, gite bien équipé. excellentes literies sauf le lit au RDC trop mou. Il a beau faire très chaud dehors, le gite reste frais, c'est très agréable. La douche est très spacieuse. Tout est fait avec gout.
Le seul bémol est l'escalier, les marches sont étroites et glissantes, nous ne nous sentions pas à l'aise en l'utilisant.
Nous avons admiré un somptueux feu d'artifice à Vertou à 10 minutes du gite- Cleanliness
