In the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 400 m from shops and restaurants, 9 km from Guérande and the first beaches, 15 km from major seaside resorts such as La Baule, Pornichet, le Pouliguen, Piriac, le Croisic, la Turballe, and 20 km from Saint-Nazaire (naval jewel).
You'll also enjoy a host of hiking and cycling trails, as well as barges and horse-drawn carriages. Pond and beach with lifeguard surveillance in summer 400 m away.
Peace and quiet await you in this tastefully renovated Holiday cottage.
Enclosed private garden of 60 m².
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen and shower room/wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: bed 140x190, 2: 2 twin beds 90x190).

Welcome to the Briéron region, between land and sea. The "Agapanthe" gîte invites you to relax and unwind. Take advantage of the many hiking and cycling trails, as well as the beautiful beaches of the Guérande peninsula. You can also marvel at the medieval town and the salt marshes.

Memodile vacances calmes et reposantes
Gite très bien situé pour visiter la presqu'ile de Guérande, ses marais, le parc de Brière, le chemin côtier. Avons apprécié le calme du lieu, presque féérique au milieu des chaumières de Saint-Lyphard.

Plaisir de vous revoir pour la deuxième année.
Pour information le matelas à été changé l année dernière, Mi ferme afin de convenir à la plus grande partie des vacanciers. -
Andre Gîte accueillant au coeur de la Brière
Belle base pour vister le marais dans ce petit gîte fonctionnel au calme près des commodités
