This region, rich in history and culture, is also known for its rolling countryside, gourmet markets and year-round events (carnival in February, Pause Guitare festival, etc.).
This single-storey Holiday cottage is adjoining the owners' home, on the first floor of a villa with other accommodation, not overlooked. It has a fully-equipped kitchen (mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, 3-burner induction hob, filter and Senseo coffee makers), a living room with sofa, TV, table and double bed (140x190 cm), a modern bathroom with large walk-in shower, washbasin and washing machine, separate toilet.
The bedrooms are distributed as follows:
- Bedroom 1: bed 160x200 cm, Baby bed 15 m².
- Bedroom 2: bed 140x190 cm, 9 m², opens onto a small covered terrace. In the corridor leading to this room are two single 90x190cm Bunk beds.

Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden, a private outdoor swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth from 1 to 2.4 m) and deckchairs. A pool house with summer kitchen completes this relaxing space, ideal for outdoor meals, with oven, induction hob and refrigerator. Covered terrace directly overlooking the Piscine.
