This characterful country gîte has been tastefully renovated in a former barn.

The gîtes are set in 2.5 hectares of land separated from the neighboring fields by attractive natural hedges.

Adjoining another gîte (Coquelicot G1001) and the owners, it has a separate entrance and a pretty wooden terrace.

Situated on a hillock, it offers a magnificent panoramic view of the medieval village of Lautrec, one of the main production sites for pink garlic. Enjoy the peacefulness of the setting. Children can enjoy the many shared leisure facilities, including swimming pool (11x6m), trampoline, table tennis, badminton, bicycles and mountain bikes.

First floor: living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob, electric oven, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.), living room and sitting area with sofa, armchairs, TV, wc.

Upstairs: one bedroom with double bed (160cm), two others with two single beds (90cm), bathroom (bath), wc.

Pellet stove heats the entire dwelling. Linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival.
