Stay in a renovated old farmhouse, with a large private swimming pool and areas dedicated to relaxation, in the Countryside, a stone's throw from the fresh banks of the Aveyron and in the heart of a peaceful hamlet.

You'll enjoy an ideal setting for discovering bastide towns and emblematic villages such as Cordes-sur-Ciel, St-Antonin-Noble-Val, Najac and Puycelsi. With its remarkable heritage and unspoilt countryside, the region is an ideal place for cultural discoveries, farmers' markets and outdoor activities.

The Holiday cottage, totally independent and located on the first floor, comfortably accommodates six people, with the possibility of an extra bed thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. The living space comprises a bright 35 m² living room with two sofas and a large-screen TV, a large dining room and an independent 16 m² kitchen equipped with a second TV, a small oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker... A storeroom completes the ensemble.

The sleeping area is separate for greater peace and quiet:
- Bedroom 1: bed 140x190 cm
- Bedroom 2: bed 140x190 cm
- Bedroom 3: two beds 90x190 cm
There's also a separate shower room and WC.

Outside, you'll find everything you need to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Countryside: private swimming pool 8.5x3.8 m, pétanque court, ping-pong table, spacious 65 m² terrace with pergola, plus a 40 m² pool house with lounge, kitchen, shower room and WC. Barbecue, plancha, sink, fridge and microwave are available for summer meals. The 150 m² private courtyard and 40 m² garage complete the facilities.

Electric-assist bicycles are available for hire on site. Nearby canoeing and kayaking (15 km), trout fishing (5 km) and swimming in the Aveyron river (200 m). Pets allowed (maximum 2, clean and docile).

Heat pump heating ensures optimum comfort all year round. In winter, electricity is billed according to actual consumption.
