Saint-Blaize

With its stone walls, exposed beams and half-timbering, this 18th-century house dominates the village at the foot of the castle and 13th-century ramparts.

Lovers of old stones and heritage will be won over, as the region abounds with picturesque villages, hilltop villages and impregnable fortresses, reflecting the turbulent history of Occitanie. These are known here as the Bastides Albigeoises, and are a must-see. The most famous of these is Cordes-sur-Ciel, just a stone's throw from Milhars. If you're a nature enthusiast, grab your hiking boots and discover the Bonnan valley and its superb panoramas of the surrounding Countryside.

A few stone steps lead up to the entrance of this 55 m² house, designed to accommodate up to four people.

Ground floor:
Separate, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC. A staircase leads to the living room, where you'll find a dining area, sofa and TV. Adjoining this room is the first bedroom, opening directly onto the garden.

The outside invites you to relax on a shaded terrace. The private garden (300m²), equipped with a barbecue, promises convivial outdoor evenings. To cool off on hot summer days, a Piscine (8x4m - 2m on the bottom / 1.4m max depth) to be shared with holidaymakers from the Holiday cottage opposite (reference 81G350) has been set up in the heart of the remains of the ancient ramparts, adding a historic touch to the setting. Open from June 1 to September 15.

A washing machine is available in the shared basement, and a public parking lot is nearby.
