An easy-to-live-in house in a very quiet area of Gaillac, a stone's throw from the town center.

Our house is a 10-minute walk from the Parc de Foucaud, close to the City yet in a quiet location. Your stay is very easy: you arrive, Séverine welcomes you, you put the car down, and you quietly discover Gaillac and its brick-built city center, its main monuments: the Abbaye St-Michel, the Eglise St Pierre, the Place du Griffoul, the private mansions of Yversen and Pierre de Brens...

After a good night's sleep, it's time to discover the Gaillac Vineyard! Stroll along the Chemins de la Vigne, meet the winemakers, taste the reds, whites and rosés... There are over 100 listed at the Maison des vins.

Detached house in a quiet residential area with approx. 400 m² of land. Ideal for four, the house can accommodate up to six people.

Large living room with :
- dining table,
- fully-equipped open kitchen: toaster, filter and pod coffee maker (ground coffee), kettle, microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, multi-function food processor, pancake maker, waffle maker...
- lounge area with large sofa bed for 2 extra beds, TV, hi-fi system, board games and books. From the living room, access to the garden at the rear of the house.

Sleeping area in the hallway:
- one bedroom with bed 140x190xm,
- second bedroom with 160x200cm bed
- a bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine. Separate toilet.

The garage is accessible for use of the tumble dryer but is not available for cars. You can park very easily in front of the house, or put your car in front of the garage.
At the front of the house, a small covered terrace, ideal for morning coffee. At the rear of the Holiday cottage, an enclosed garden with table, sunbathing area, charcoal barbecue and gas plancha.

Bed linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning service included.
