Rosalie, an old farmhouse in the heart of Tarn's Ségala region, set against a backdrop of unspoilt Countryside, has made itself beautiful to welcome you in peace and quiet.

Known as the "land of 100 valleys", the Ségala region stretches between the valleys of the Aveyron to the north and the Viaur to the south. A confluence of streams and rivers, these unspoilt valleys are ideal for beautiful walks (the Viaduct, the Planques chapel, various remains).
In terms of heritage, Ségala was home to the famous Toulouse Lautrec in the Château du Bosc at Camjac. Other Remarkable sites within a 20 to 40-minute drive: the Episcopal city of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, Cordes sur Ciel (France's favorite village), Monestiès (most beautiful village), Sauveterre de Rouergue, the thousand-year-old Gaillac Vineyard. Nearby, the Lake de la Roucarié or Cap Découverte for swimming or multi-purpose activities.


** HOLIDAY COTTAGE **
Detached Holiday cottage in a small hamlet of 40 inhabitants, between Albi and Rodez, between Tarn and Aveyron.

It's an old farmhouse that's been completely renovated. Access is via an outside stone staircase.
- The living room (sofas, wood-burning stove, TV, stereo) serves all the rooms,
- A large, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, filter and senseo coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, gas hob, electric oven, mixer, raclette set...). The kitchen opens onto a pleasant covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha,
- On the other side of the living room: the first bedroom (160cm bed) with shower room and WC,
- Wooden staircases lead upstairs, to the right to a mezzanine bedroom, with 1 pull-out bed for 2 single beds (a folding screen is available). On the left, a lovely attic bedroom (140cm bed) has its own private bathroom with WC.

From the covered terrace, a staircase leads down to the garden, where you'll find the barbecue.
You can also walk to the boulodrome in the hamlet.

Private parking. If you'd like to store bicycles, the owner has provided access to a storage area.
