Come and recharge your batteries in this gîte in an old 17th-century farmhouse adjoining the owners' home. Quietly located in the countryside, yet only 10 minutes from the episcopal city of Albi and 40 minutes from Cordes-sur-Ciel or Castres, you'll be within easy reach of all the department's tourist attractions. The banks of the Tarn 20 minutes away, the first hiking and mountain-biking trails less than 2 km away, the Cap' Découverte site 20 km away, Aquaval in Lautrec 30 km away, the Talerio equestrian center 500 meters away, paintball 300 meters away, and the property's garden and swimming pool will delight children and teenagers alike.

First floor: large living room with fully-equipped open kitchen, bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), two single beds (90x200cm) in the living room extension (separated by a curtain), shower room, wc. Gas central heating, fireplace with insert. Small terrace with garden furniture and table.

Bed linen and towels provided, cleaning service available at extra cost. Swimming pool, portico, barbecue and grounds (3000 m²) to be shared with owners.
