Puech Mège

A land of pastoralism, this is the birthplace of the famous Roquefort cheese.

On the border between Tarn and Aveyron, at an altitude of 700m, Puech Mège is a tiny hamlet in the Monts de Lacaune, a region dotted with deep valleys and magnificent woods and Forests, ideal for hikers, fishermen or mushroom pickers in autumn. Come and discover the Rance valley, the Dadou springs or the charming little church of St-Michel-de-Léon and the famous Saut de la Truite. Rest and rejuvenation are guaranteed, for a truly green vacation.

For your Kids, there's a Base de loisirs with water sports and tree climbing at St-Pierre-de-Trivisy, not forgetting the Lacaune-les-Bains vacation resort, just 20 minutes away, with its casino, hot springs and salt-making workshops.

Holiday cottage close to a farm and a second home, peace and quiet guaranteed! The house is on a small hill, so you can access it in two ways: either by an outside staircase on one side of the house, or on the same level on the other side, via the garden and terrace.
