More than 45 km of forest paths, many of them on the property, offer great opportunities for hiking, biking or quad biking. Two reservoirs and a small river (the Assou) offer attractive fishing spots. The park also offers a wide range of outdoor activities.

Located just a few minutes from Albi, its cathedral and World Heritage-listed old town, along the Tarn Gorge, an hour's drive from the Roquefort caves and close to the Larzac, Causses and Carcassonne plateaus, all three World Heritage sites.

A terrace of almost 40 m² offers a calm and relaxing view over the Countryside. A large master bedroom with dressing room and 160x200 bed is complemented upstairs by two atypical sleeping areas with 160x200 and trundle beds, each with a breathtaking view. A games corner upstairs is the perfect place to relax. Two large shower rooms and an ultra-modern kitchenette make this a spacious and comfortable loft.
