With a magnificent view over the Tarn countryside, one of the most beautiful regions of the South-West, you can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities such as swimming or fishing by the lake.

Set in 95 hectares of valleys, fields and woods, this 80 m² Holiday cottage offers simple, country-style comfort and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located just a few minutes from Albi, its cathedral and its World Heritage-listed old City, along the Tarn Gorge, an hour's drive from the Roquefort caves and close to the Larzac, Causses and Carcassonne plateaus, all three World Heritage sites. From the terrace with pergola, the view over the rolling Countryside brings peace and serenity.

Two beautiful bedrooms with exposed beams and a pleasant shower room make up the sleeping area:
- one bedroom with a 160x200 bed
- One bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190.
A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the large living room completes this picturesque and comfortable Holiday cottage.

Piscine au sel surrounded by a 400 m² beach with a magnificent wooden gazebo, 80 m² gaming room with billiards, table soccer, video projector, sound system and home studio. More than 45 km of forest paths, many of them on the property, provide ideal opportunities for hiking, biking or quad biking. Two reservoirs and a small river (l'Assou) offer attractive fishing spots.

A large recreation room is also available for your entertainment.

The owners live at Puech de Nalbe, where you'll also find another Holiday cottage, the Loft, ref G1658 for 6 people.
