The owners have created a small, self-contained holiday cottage in a corner of the Countryside. It's very quiet, yet close to all the shops and services in the village of Lescure d'Albigeois.
On one level after two steps: living room with kitchenette, bedroom (double bed 160x200cm), possibility of an extra bed for an additional person (in the living room), shower room, wc. Electric heating, wood-burning stove.
End-of-stay cleaning service available.
For Hiking enthusiasts, the local heritage trail called "Les sentiers de la Plaine" is accessible right in front of the Holiday cottage!
Just 3 minutes from Albi, you're sure to discover all the treasures of the "Red City", so nicknamed because of the bricks everywhere in the city center.
The jewel in Albi's crown is its episcopal complex, one of the best preserved in France and a UNESCO World Heritage Site: the imposing, military mass of Sainte Cécile cathedral will take your breath away, while the Palais de la Berbie houses the richest collection of works by Albigensian painter Toulouse Lautrec. As you wander through the narrow streets of the medieval quarter or stroll along the banks of the Tarn, you're sure to appreciate all the charm of this city branded by the gentleness of life.

Les marseillais Séjour au calme à la campagne
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans ce gîte. Idéal pour se ressourcer quand on habite dans une grande ville bruyante et polluée.
Ce gîte est situé au milieu des champs avec comme ambiance sonore le chant des oiseaux . Simple mais parfaitement équipé et spacieux avec un super lit en 160 et une très grande télé, un joli jardin très bien entretenu, la possibilité de garer la voiture dans l'allée, et des hôtes vraiment sympathiques, chaleureux et très discrets.
Idéal pour visiter Albi ( situé à 8 km environ ) ainsi que les environs tels que Lautrec, Ambialet, Cordes, Castelnau de Montmirail, Gaillac, Castres et j'en oublie.
J'espère de tout cœur revenir me ressourcer dans ce charmant gîte et cette belle région.- Cleanliness
