Puylaurens, perched on its promontory, offers a remarkable view of the Montagne Noire and even the Pyrenees on clear days! Just a few kilometers away, Revel and its famous market under the historic market hall immerse you in the Southwestern way of life. You can also visit Lake Saint-Ferréol, a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of the Canal du Midi, perfect for swimming and water sports. Culture enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Albi and its Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, or to Toulouse—the vibrant “Pink City,” which is also rich in cultural heritage.

This fully air-conditioned holiday cottage, adjoining another, is located on the beautiful Château Miraval estate, surrounded by fields and close to the owners’ home, and welcomes you to a peaceful, natural setting.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a pleasant living area combining a living room, dining room, and fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer, as well as an Italian coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. The living room is perfect for relaxing, with a Smart TV, board games, and books.
A first bedroom with a private bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and a toilet, is located on this same level.

Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms:
- Bedroom 2: 1 bed (180x200 cm) that can be converted into 2 beds (90x200 cm each), bathroom with a bathtub and toilet
- Bedroom 3: 1 bed (180x200 cm) that can be converted into 2 beds (90x200 cm each), bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet

Outside, you can enjoy a shared garden surrounded by flowers, as well as a covered patio equipped with a barbecue and pizza oven—perfect for extending your days outdoors.
The heated communal pool, measuring 12 x 6.5 m, surrounded by sun loungers, and secured by a fence, is a real asset for your moments of relaxation. Recreational facilities such as a ping-pong table and a pétanque court are also available.
Parking is convenient right next to the holiday cottage, and an electric charging station is provided.
