In the south of the Tarn, between Toulouse and Castres, Puylaurens stands out for its charm and privileged location in the heart of the Pays de Cocagne. Known as Marianne's birthplace, this hilltop bastide offers panoramic views of the Mountain Noire and a wealth of walking trails. Nearby, there are many remarkable sites, including the village of Lautrec, famous for its pink garlic, the heritage of Sorèze and its abbey school, the springs of the Canal du Midi and the UNESCO-listed cities of Albi and Carcassonne.

It's in this bucolic environment that this Holiday cottage for 4 people is located, within a working pony club. Adjoining another Holiday cottage, it immerses you in a friendly, rural atmosphere, where animals set the pace of daily life. A lively place, ideal for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

The Holiday cottage is divided into two distinct sections:
- On the first floor, a welcoming living room with TV, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. A first bedroom (bed 140x190) with en-suite shower room and WC is directly accessible from outside, guaranteeing independence and tranquility.
- A spiral staircase leads upstairs to a second bedroom (bed 140x190) with its own bathroom and WC.

Outside, you'll enjoy an unenclosed space with trees and shade, a covered terrace, garden furniture and access to the estate's shared Piscine (4x2m, 0.80m deep). Perfect for a cool break in summer.

The Holiday cottage has electric heating, baby equipment on request, and pets are welcome if socialized. An invitation to discover the Tarn, in a relaxed, authentic setting.
