Just a stone's throw away, you'll find three must-see sites to add to your vacation programme: the medieval bastide of Cordes-sur-Ciel, perched on its rocky outcrop, so aptly named; Najac, one of the "most beautiful villages in France", whose royal fortress dominates the medieval quarter and the Aveyron gorges; and finally Saint-Antonin Noble Val, on the banks of the Aveyron, a medieval village dominated by the Roc d'Anglars, with a magnificent Sunday morning Market.
