Surrounded by woods and cereal fields, you may be surprised by an impromptu visit: a curious rabbit, a daring roe deer, an elegant doe, a majestic stag or simply a lost pheasant. Not far from this haven of peace, you'll find the Forest de Grésigne surrounding the village of Castelnau-de-Montmiral, one of Tarn's many bastide towns.

You're at the gateway to the Gaillac Vineyard, close to the famous Episcopal City of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Mathiou Holiday cottage is waiting to reveal its wonders to you.


** THE GITE **
Totally independent house, surrounded by 2 hectares of woods and private fields. Peace and quiet guaranteed!

A large living room occupies the entire first floor, opening onto the terrace and Piscine. Open-plan kitchen with fully-equipped appliances (filter coffee maker). The rear pantry frees up space in the kitchen. It includes a second fridge, this time with a freezer, and a washing machine.

First floor:
- bedroom 1 with double bed 160x200
- bedroom 2 with double bed 160x200
- bedroom 3 with two single beds 90x190
- bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Separate toilet also on first floor

The garden, with its outdoor furniture under an arbour, extends over 3800 m² (not enclosed).

The private swimming pool with security alarm system is open all year round (not heated). Dimensions 4x8m, flat bottom, 1.35 m deep.
For vehicles: gantry, carport.

Electric heating, reversible air conditioning, fireplace with insert in living room. Wifi internet connection (Orange box).
Two pets allowed.
