When it comes to Holiday cottages in the heart of the Vineyard, this one's got it all!

The Mas del Sol is close to wine estates, including some of the great names of the Gaillac region: Domaine Romélie 100 metres away, Domaine Plageoles 700 metres away, Domaine Vayssette 5km away and Domaine de Laubarel less than 3km from the Holiday cottage.

Across the hill, the Château de Mauriac stands proudly opposite the Château de Salettes.
Take a rest, meet the winegrowers, discover the Pays des Bastides, rich in history and heritage, and you won't be disappointed by the warm welcome you'll receive from the locals.


** HOLIDAY COTTAGE **

Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' home, in the small winegrowing hamlet of Mas del Sol, in the heart of France's oldest Vineyard.
There's a pleasant swimming pool, and the covered lean-to with its covered terrace provides a second living room in summer.

Enclosed terrace/yard and Piscine to be shared with the owners. The large, pleasant covered lean-to is available for Holiday cottage guests, where you can enjoy your meals sheltered from the heat or storms. Free-standing gas plancha.

First floor:
- small, functional, fully-equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto® filter and pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, hand blender and mixer.
- living room with dining table, sofas and TV
- separate WC

First floor:
- two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm double bed.
- bathroom with shower, double washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine

Enclosed Piscine: 6x3m by 1.40m deep with steps. Please note: the Piscine is open from May to September, but these dates may vary according to the weather.


** MOTORCYCLES WELCOME: Fany and Jérôme are Bikers themselves. They provide a closed shelter for 2 motorcycles. First-aid tools are at your disposal, as well as a place to dry your gear. They'll be happy to show you road maps for motorcycle tours in the area!
