On the borders of Albigeois and Gaillacois, the Pays de Cocagne. Fifteen minutes from Albi, the hamlet of Bounès, as we say here in Occitanie, where wine was made in the old days, the land is ideal for vine growing.

On one side, the Pays de Cocagne, on the other, the Albigeois, proudly crowned by the Cathédrale Sainte-Cécile, and finally the Gaillacois, the Pays des Bastides, the land of seven wines. A gentle, rolling Countryside, with views as far as the Mountain Noire.
In the village of Cadalen, close to the Holiday cottage, you'll find a mini-market, bakery, pharmacy, Maison France service and doctors.

Holiday cottage located on the first floor of the owners' house, in a small hamlet in the Tarn countryside.
All on one level:
- open, fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, Tassimo filter and pod coffee maker, toaster.
- living room with TV,
- first bedroom with two 90x190cm single beds
- 3 steps down to the other two bedrooms: a 140x190cm double bed in each and a baby bed available in one of the bedrooms.
- Shower room and separate toilet
Adjoining courtyard with awning-covered garden table, charcoal barbecue, deckchairs and access to the large, unfenced garden of approx. 2000m²!

Possibility of parking your car under the shed. Baby Equipment available (stroller and potty).
Bed linen and towels provided. Optional cleaning service at the end of your stay.
