Situated right next to the owners' home, and a 12th-century Romanesque chapel surrounded by its cemetery, it offers a peaceful atmosphere. Just a stone's throw from the River Tarn, it's also an ideal spot for fishing enthusiasts, thanks to the adjoining meadow provided by your hosts.
Between walks by the river, Hiking in the Countryside and cultural discoveries, you'll be ideally placed to explore the Tarn's heritage. Let yourself be charmed by Albi, with its Cathedral Ste-Cécile and lively alleyways, the bastide town of Castelnau-de-Montmiral, the pretty city of Cordes-sur-Ciel or the peninsula of Ambialet.

On the first floor, the living space is designed for conviviality: a bright, fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with TV, and a dining area with a large table for sharing good times. This level also includes a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, and a corner shower room. Separate WC.

Upstairs, two separate entrances lead to the bedrooms:
- From the kitchen, a staircase leads to an attic bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a corner shower room.
- From the living room, a second staircase leads to two bedrooms with 160x200 beds, a large shower room and a separate toilet.

The exterior has been landscaped to allow you to take full advantage of the fine weather. Just in front of the house, a parking area provides space for two cars. For outdoor meals, a shaded terrace with a bioclimatic pergola equipped with a barbecue and plancha awaits you. Sun loungers are also available for relaxation.
