Description 2026, subject to modifications for 2027: Please refer to the description sheet validated at the time of booking.
Maison Mambré, in the Tarn valley, overlooks the picturesque village of Marsal. It was the former Countryside property of the Dominican nuns of Albi. After a long period of renovation work, the 'chambrettes des religieuses' have been transformed into delightful, comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation, with a somewhat atypical ambience. Needless to say, serenity and calm pervade Maison Mambré, its garden and the surrounding woods... The view of the valley and the Tarn River alone invites contemplation.
For sports enthusiasts, or those eager to explore, there are a multitude of possibilities in the vicinity of Maison Mambré. Ask your hosts for advice - they can even put together a whole program for your stay.
The Bed and breakfast rooms are all on the second floor, except for one suite (2 beds for 2 people) which is on the second floor.
Each room is named after a nun who stayed at Maison Mambré. All rooms have comfortable bedding (180x200cm) and private bathroom facilities.
Two suites can accommodate four people.
The first floor features a dining room and lounge with billiards table.
Magnificent enclosed grounds (1.5 hectares), private parking. Heated swimming pool (late May - mid-September) 12x6m. Table d'hôtes (4 times a week).
Access to Hammam, infrared sauna and rain shower with relaxation room. Paid service.
Maison Mambré is 'ADULTS ONLY'.

Wim & Veerle
