** LE GÎTE ** (HOLIDAY COTTAGE)
Enjoy this completely renovated old building of about 450m² on 3 levels.

First floor:
- large living room under arcades with sitting area and TV. Large dining table for 15 people, ideal for family or friends, but also perfect for SEMINARS with video projector and fully equipped bar for groups. Separate toilet.
- Fully-equipped kitchen: two ovens, cooking piano, large fridge and freezer, refrigerated cupboard, coffee makers, ice maker.

1st floor: sleeping area with 6 bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and WCs.
* Two bedrooms with 140cm beds
* Two bedrooms with 160cm beds, one with a baby bed.
* One bedroom with a 160cm bed and two 90cm beds.
* Kids area: one 140cm bed with an 80cm bed above; and a second 120cm bunk bed below, 80cm above and 90cm pull-out bed.

On the 2nd floor, the leisure and relaxation area: at the top of the stairs, BABYFOOT, chessboard, darts, BILLARD and separate WC on the second floor with bar (ice maker, coffee maker, sink).
* Genuine private CINEMA ROOM with 15 seats, plunged into darkness, you'll enjoy the quality of sound and image of a real cinema.
* The Cinema is followed by a FITNESS ROOM.
* Wellbeing area with SAUNA, HAMMAM, relaxation lounge, massage table (fee payable).

Outside: from the living room, a semi-covered terrace with plancha, Weber® barbecue and deep-fat fryer. Enjoy a game of pétanque overlooking the river.

From the terrace, a spiral staircase leads to the year-round wooden Piscine, 1.20m deep and 6x2.50m wide. Here you can also enjoy the 6-seater Spa (fee payable).
Continuing up the staircase, you'll reach the large, enclosed garage, where you can store your cars (one or two cars).
