In the heart of the Tarn valley, you'll enjoy a privileged environment where nature takes center stage. The Holiday cottage is located close to the owners' home, in a vast wooded garden that stretches out towards the hill and woods, or slopes naturally down to the private swimming pool. From the upstairs terraces, you can contemplate the garden and swimming pool on one side, and on the other a remarkable panorama of the Tarn meander, the priory of Ambialet. Between walks along the river, discovering the perched village or excursions to Albi and its UNESCO-listed cathedral, you'll find many ideas for outings accessible to all. The Holiday cottage is a wooden chalet with bright rooms designed for a comfortable family stay. The first floor comprises three bedrooms: - one with a 180x200 bed - one with a 160x200 bed - one mountain-style bedroom with a 160x200 bed and private wc. Upstairs is the living room and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, as well as a Kids' gaming room with extra sleeping space. The living room features a sofa, TV, fireplace and dining table, with direct access to two terraces: one on the Piscine side with barbecue and table soccer, the other on the Tarn valley side with table tennis. The kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, filter coffee maker and Senséo. A separate laundry room houses a washing machine and two exercise machines, an elliptical trainer and an exercise bike. Outside, you'll enjoy a private, bean-shaped Piscine, 8x4m, 0.80 to 1.50m deep. The calm is absolute and the setting lends itself equally well to relaxation and outdoor activities, such as canoeing. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Air conditioning is available upstairs.
