Located in Dénat, just a stone's throw from Albi, this independent Holiday cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Tarn's must-see sites: the UNESCO-listed Episcopal City of Albi, the medieval streets of Cordes-sur-Ciel, the village of Lautrec and its mill, and the granite landscapes of the Sidobre. The Holiday cottage is located on the family farm (no livestock) and the estate, surrounded by 35 hectares of fields and woods, guarantees peace and relaxation.

On the first floor of the main building, you'll find a large living room with a fireplace and a fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge, freezer, small appliances and filter and Senseo coffee makers), a bathroom, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are four bedrooms and two shower rooms, one with toilet. An additional bedroom is located on the Dovecote floor and has its own shower room with WC, offering a more intimate and atypical space: - Dovecote bedroom: 1 bed 160x200, private shower room and WC - Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160x200 + 1 baby bed - Bedroom 2: 1 bed 160x200 + 2 beds 90x200 - Bedroom 3: 1 bed 160x200 - Bedroom 4: 4 beds 90x200 Beds are made up.

Outside, you'll find a private, enclosed garden, two terraces (one of which is covered), and a particularly pleasant swimming pool area: private, heated (June to September), salt water, secured by barriers, with pH regulator. A summer kitchen is located on the first floor of Le Colombier for added comfort. For your leisure, there's a pétanque court, ping-pong table, playground with swing and private parking.
