Detached Holiday cottage located in the tiny hamlet of La Salamandrié, above the village of Sainte-Croix, in a peaceful, leafy setting. Here, the Tarn countryside offers the ideal setting to recharge your batteries, enjoy the peace and quiet and savor a green vacation. The Holiday cottage is an old, renovated traditional house on the Cordes plateau, in a particularly privileged location. Just 10 minutes from Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, you'll find the Cathedral of Sainte-Cécile, the Episcopal City, Museums including the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum, and the banks of the River Tarn, perfect for a stroll. The famous bastide town of Cordes-sur-Ciel, perched on its promontory and emblematic of the region, is just 15 minutes from the Holiday cottage. In the hamlet itself, a vineyard invites you to discover the Gaillac vineyards, the oldest in France: tastings, meetings with the winemakers and discoveries of the Albigensian bastides will set the pace for your stay. Lovers of heritage, short Hiking trips and country walks will find the ideal place to explore a rich, unspoilt region. Families will appreciate the proximity of the Base de loisirs, natural swimming spots, the Cap'Découverte complex and the Atlantis nautical center. The Holiday cottage has a pleasant outdoor area with lawn, garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing moments.

On the first floor, you'll find a comfortable living room with sofas, TV and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and espresso machine...), a shower room with shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet (with washing machine).

Upstairs, the Holiday cottage has three bedrooms: one with a single bed (90x190), one with a double bed (140x190), and a third with a double bed (140x190) and its own private shower room. A separate WC completes the first floor. Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning included. Private parking available.
