Just a few minutes from the Holiday cottage, discover UNESCO-listed Albi, with its impressive Cité Épiscopale. You'll also be close to other key sites in the Tarn. Cordes-sur-Ciel, perched on its rocky outcrop, immerses visitors in a medieval atmosphere, while the Vineyard of Gaillac invites you to take a gourmet break. In the heart of nature, just 5 minutes away, you'll find the former mining site of Cap'Découverte, with its skatepark bowl. A mini golf course, mountain bike trails and Hiking paths. Supervised swimming at the Lake de la Roucarié.

You'll enjoy your own entrance and private outdoor spaces. The house has two twin Toulouse-style pigeon lofts, and the Holiday cottage has been designed for comfort, with decoration inspired by the works of Toulouse-Lautrec.

Its real asset: a 60 m² covered courtyard, designed as a real living room facing the garden, equipped with a large table, garden furniture, a ping-pong table and a barbecue, for moments of relaxation and conviviality.

Ground floor
- Living room with dining area, lounge and open-plan kitchen. Laundry room with WC at rear. Fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave...
- In the lounge area, you'll enjoy comfortable sofas, club armchairs, TV with Blu-ray DVD player, hi-fi system, numerous books and documents on the region. In winter, a boiler room for laundry.


Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, all with mosquito nets:
- D'Elles, with 160x200 bed, dressing room, closet, psyche, private shower cubicle and washbasin open onto the bedroom
- Gazelle, open onto the upstairs landing, partitioned by blackout curtains. It is equipped with a single 90x200 bed and a 140x190 bed, dressing room, chest of drawers, armchair and decorative fireplace.
- Mademoiselle Églantine, with a 140x190 bed, a 90cm bed and a closet.
- Bathroom with large shower, lighting and music. Separate WC.
