Albi, Cordes-sur-Ciel and the Albigensian bastides offer a remarkable heritage and a variety of visits. The freeway junction is just 5 minutes away, making it easy to get around and explore the whole département. The Holiday cottage is located close to the owners' home, yet retains total independence and privacy, with no neighbours in sight. Access is via a private gate opening onto a vast park planted with trees and carefully tended. On the first floor, you enter into a very large, bright and comfortable 45 m² living room, organized around a sofa corner, a television and a wood-burning stove that creates a warm atmosphere in all seasons. The independent kitchen is spacious and functional, allowing you to prepare your meals independently. It is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a two-burner hob, a microwave, a mini oven and a dishwasher. 17 m² bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) The shower room includes a shower, toilets and a washing machine, practical for overnight stays. Outside, the wooded park invites you to relax and share moments around the barbecue in fine weather.
