The Holiday cottage is an old farmhouse in the heart of the hamlet of La Rive, in the Ségala region of Tarn. Perched on a summit at an altitude of 400 meters, it overlooks the Viaur gorges in a green setting on the edge of the Forest. For lovers of peace and quiet, nature, Hiking and Swimming, this is the ideal Location.

The Holiday cottage is next to a hiking trail that takes 10 minutes on foot to the river and its Beach. Canoe trips are also available (one- or multi-hour loops). This trail is linked to many others in the region and to the botanical trail along the Viaur. The Base de loisirs at Lake Roucarié is 15 minutes away: supervised swimming, sailing, rowing, pedal-boating, ski surfing. The Cap'Découverte multi-purpose center, 25 minutes away, offers a wide range of activities, including supervised swimming in Lake Sainte Marie, water ski lifts, mountain biking, skateboarding, mini golf, paintball, rail sledding and more...

The Holiday cottage has a terrace with garden furniture and a dining area in the garden 10 meters away. Our mini-farm with goats and chickens is at your disposal, to the delight of Kids (and adults too!). You can also take a walk in our acres of woodland adjoining the property, often in the company of our goats, which are very sociable and curious animals.

The village of Pampelonne is a 5-minute drive away, or a 40-minute walk along the footpaths. It offers all the services you need for shopping and health, as well as weekly events in summer. And if you miss the City, Albi is just the place.
