Vabre is a small village of 700 inhabitants that has retained its mountain character and granite-framed houses. Located at an altitude of 370m, it borders the Sidobre massif and the Monts de Lacaune.
** LE GÎTE **
Semi-detached house in a village. Individual access via a small sloping lane, 200 m from the village center.
First floor:
- Games and relaxation area with sofa bed for extra sleeping space (140x190cm), card/dice table, table soccer, darts, full-length mirror, stereo system with CD player or playlist on your Smartphone.
- Bathroom with shower, wall-mounted hairdryer, sink and WC.
- Access to the winter garden. This room overlooking the owner's garden will be accessible to use the iron or hang out the washing, but access to the owner's garden will be closed.
1st floor:
- Kitchen with dining table: microwave, Dolce Gusto filter and pod coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine (no oven). Access to terrace.
- Kids or teens bedroom with 120x190cm bed and desk.
- Private 15m² terrace with hammock, deckchairs, round table, chairs and parasol. The terrace overlooks the owner's garden and offers an unobstructed view of the village. Access to the summer kitchen and green area via outside stairs.
2nd floor:
- Mezzanine bed 140x190cm, extra bed, mobile air-conditioning, TV and multimedia player. The mezzanine bedroom opens onto the kitchen/dining room.
Outside: - Summer kitchen with large table (6 people), 2 benches, armchairs, fridge with freezer compartment. In front, a small green space with a barbecue, outdoor armchairs and space for deckchairs.
Parking: 20 m above the Holiday cottage, or 80 m below, where there is a second, larger parking lot. Both are free of charge.

gite très bien rénové, décoré avec goût, très bien situé dans le village. Vue tres jolie, exterieurs reposants. Propriétaire accueillant et prévenant, sympathique. Tout peut se faire a pied, vraiment bien.

Les Angevins Séjour à Vabre
Une semaine à Vabre,petit village enclavé dans la montagne du Tarn où vivent 700 personnes en totale auto suffisance.le gîte est parfait et tout a fait fonctionnel et cosy .
La vue de la terrasse est hypnotisante tellement la montagne est belle .
Le village de Vabre est calme et vivant de par ses commerces et services présents dont certains villages ou communes devraient s'inspirer.
Les habitants sont chaleureux et bienveillants
Nous avons eu la chance de voir la mise en place des fêtes de Vabre (101e année de suite) et la chaleur humaine est dominante ainsi que la simplicité de ces gens qui vivent au fil des saisons mais qui ne perdent de vue les rapports humains.ca fait du bien de voir ça
Notre hôte Bernard nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de Vabre et son histoire
Vabre est de ses villages qui vivent et non survivent et qui bénéficie de nombreuses associations culturelles et sportives (25) composées de beaucoup de jeunes qui tiennent fièrement à leur identité et ça aussi c'est beau
Bref n'hésitez pas venez à Vabres,venez chez Bernard vous ne serez pas déçu et vous serez reconnecter aux vrais valeurs humaines

Sardois-Rouchon Gîte avec beaucoup de charme.
Terrasse très agréable pour se reposer et déjeuner.
Literie confortable.
Fraîcheur du RdC appréciée comme la Clim de la mezzanine.
