L'Orléans

Between Toulouse and Albi, in the heart of the Pays de Cocagne, l'Orléans will be your base for discovering the Vineyard of Gaillac, the Pays des Bastides and the Lauragais region.

Located in Lugan, in the Tarn region, the Holiday cottage L'Orléans invites you to discover the charm of the Pays de Cocagne, between Toulouse the Pink City and Albi the Episcopal City, both 30 minutes away. Nearby, don't miss the Jardin des Martels, the Giroussens Forest and its renowned ceramics center, or the Saint-Lieux-lès-Lavaur Base de loisirs with its steam train.

The Holiday cottage is a detached house in an old outbuilding, just next to the owners' house. You'll appreciate the natural-toned lime rendering, the tasteful decor with a permanent exhibition of paintings, and the two terraces, one of which is 30 m² and shaded.

On the first floor, the living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee makers, etc.), a living room with TV and hi-fi system, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms:
- One with 2 single beds (90x190)
- One with 1 double bed 140x190
- One with 1 double bed 180x200 with private shower room and toilet
A bathroom and separate toilet.

The enclosed garden is partly private, and you'll have access to a shared outdoor Piscine (12x5 m, 1.60 m deep, open from June to September, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., secured by barriers), as well as leisure facilities: table tennis, trampoline, swing, rugby pitch. Pets: goats, sheep, chickens, adorable dogs and cat.
The Holiday cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Bathroom linen provided, and end-of-stay cleaning included (excluding kitchen and bathrooms). Private parking next to the Holiday cottage.

Heating included from 01/10 to 30/04: 30kw/night, supplement charged according to current rates.
Air-conditioning from 01/05 to 30/09: 15kw/night included, surcharge billed according to current rates.
