Paulinet in the Monts d'Alban, a breath of fresh air and nature close to Albi

Between Albi and Millau, overlooking the Tarn valley, the Monts d'Alban offer a natural mid-range mountain landscape, a succession of deep valleys and wooded plateaus, ideal for Hiking and getting away from it all.
This is where you'll find Holiday cottage Locaterre, an old farmhouse tastefully renovated by local craftsmen to combine modernity and antiquity by preserving its original features (exposed beams and stonework). The owners live on site, and also offer three bed and breakfast rooms (in the owners' house).

Just 30 minutes from Albi, don't miss a visit to the Episcopal City (Cathédrale Sainte-Cécile, Palais de la Berbie, Toulouse Lautrec Museum), the Pays des Bastides, or the hidden charms of Lautrec or Réalmont.

THE GITE :
Outdoors, you'll find everything you need to feel at home.

- Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, combined microwave and oven. Kitchen opening onto living room with dining table and sofa, TV.
- Ground-floor bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Upstairs, two bedrooms, the first with a 140cm double bed, the second with a 160cm double bed and a 90cm single bed.

Next to the gîte, in an outbuilding, you'll find a large room to share with the Bed and breakfast guests. This room features a second kitchen with oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Wellbeing area where Catherine offers massages.

There's something for everyone, far from the hectic pace of the City.

Outside: the Piscine and its poolhouse overlook the Countryside in impressive peace and quiet. Generously sized (12x6m), set back from the house and Holiday cottage for maximum enjoyment, it features a terrace and poolhouse with shower and toilet. Piscine open from mid-May to the end of September.
