What a view! Don't hesitate to stop off at the little village of Ambialet, on the banks of the river Tarn, for an evening in the heart of the Episcopal city of Albi, or at one of the many small local markets.

Hiking, fishing, canoeing and farm visits are just some of the activities that will delight young and old alike.
On a clear day, you can admire the Pyrenees mountain range. Come and admire the starry skies and enjoy a quiet aperitif-barbecue evening.
Picking seasonal fruit in the park, pétanque and outdoor games will keep young and old alike relaxed.
Fishing and Hiking enthusiasts can also get away from it all on Lake St Géraud.


Large, totally independent house located between the Tarn and Aveyron rivers.
Ground floor :
- fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with dining room and living room. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, Tassimo® filter and pod coffee maker. Refrigerator with freezer in the storeroom behind the kitchen, plus washing machine.

- bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (bath + shower) and 1 separate toilet.

Wood heating stove in living room + underfloor heating. Baby equipment available.

Outside: just over 1,500m² of garden in front of the house, with a pétanque court next to the sheep paddock (owned by the owners). A lovely private swimming pool, heated from May to October (24°C depending on weather). Dimensions: 3.40x7.20m and 1.30m deep. Terrace with garden furniture, dining table, gas plancha and charcoal brazier.

The owners live in Andouque, fifteen minutes from the Holiday cottage. You're sure to come across them as you cross the fields, but a key box means they can be reached from time to time if they're not available.
