** HOLIDAY COTTAGE **

The 24m² gîte comprises a sleeping area, a shower room and a living room with kitchen. The exterior features two independent terraces, one of which is equipped with a plancha. The Holiday cottage overlooks the picturesque rooftops of Ambialet village and is ideally located near the river, providing a peaceful and relaxing setting for your stay.

- Living room with kitchen, dining table for 2 and TV. Kitchen equipped with double-burner hob, top fridge, microwave, mini-oven, kettle, filter and pod coffee makers, and toaster.
- Sleeping area (without door) with 140x190cm double bed.
- En-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, electric towel dryer and WC.
- Basement with private washing machine, a second fridge with freezer, pétanque and Molky games and even a camping table for picnics along the river.

Access to the Holiday cottage is by steps, some of them narrow. You'll need to park below, along the river. A steep footpath leads to the Holiday cottage. If necessary, you can park in front of the Holiday cottage while you unload your luggage/shopping, but you won't be able to park in front of it. The owners are nearby, but the Holiday cottage is independent.

** FISHING** HOLIDAY COTTAGE
Holiday cottage classified as a Fishing Accommodation by the National Fishing Federation in 2023. You will have at your disposal: loan of Fishing equipment as well as a storage room. The owners also provide a picnic table.
