Les Reflets du Tarn

The Ambialet peninsula at your feet! If you haven't yet heard of one of France's largest meanders forming a peninsula, look no further - it's right at your feet.

This is the narrowest isthmus in Europe, with just ten meters separating the two banks of the Tarn. To understand all this better, visit the EDF hydroelectric power station at Ambialet from July to September. Alternatively, climb up to the church at La Capelle for a panoramic view of Ambialet.

For lovers of green tourism, head to Trébas-les-Bains and its Base de loisirs with its many activities. Continue your visit to the Ambialet area by taking to the skies and exploring the steep roads of the Monts de l'Albigeois. Get on your bikes (available for hire from the tourist office) and set off for the Sérénac forest, just a few kilometers from your vacation home.

This family home was purchased in the 80's and renovated in 2014. The Holiday cottage Reflets du Tarn doesn't bear its name for nothing. The terrace overlooks the river Tarn and the Ambialet peninsula. All you have to do is sit back and watch the kayakers go by.
