Situated in the Mountain Noire, this house offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in the peace and quiet of the countryside. Situated at an altitude of over 400 meters, on the route de St Jacques de Compostelle, surrounded by woods, this stone farmhouse houses the owners' house at one end, a year-round rental in the middle, and the Holiday cottage with its own entrance at the other.


The Holiday cottage has two entrances:
- a first room opens onto the living room with fireplace and television.
- the second entrance opens onto a large reception room equipped with a home Cinema, a Netflix account available free of charge, and a convertible sofa offering a 160x200cm bed for 2 additional people.

- a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a dining room. Kitchen equipped with fridge with freezer compartment, oven, Nespresso© coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher.
- Separate WC
- laundry room with washing machine

- free wifi connection


First floor:
- air-conditioned bedroom with 140x190cm bed, desk, large dressing room, television and bathroom with bath, bidet and basin

- an air-conditioned bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed and a pull-out bed offering two 80x190cm single beds, a chest of drawers and a bathroom with shower and washbasin



Outside:
- in front of the Holiday cottage entrance, a private courtyard with dining area
- private above-ground swimming pool, 3 x 5 m, 1.20 m deep. Piscine open from June to September
- a barbecue

Access to the Holiday cottage is via a gated entrance. The entrance is shared with the other occupants, so you can park in front of the Holiday cottage.
