Description 2026, subject to modifications for 2027: Please refer to the description sheet validated at the time of booking.
A small village in the triangle between Cordes-sur-Ciel, St-Antonin-Noble-Val and Najac, it's an ideal base for exploring the Tarn countryside and the Bastides region.
A medieval site at the entrance to the Cérou and Bonnan valleys. The old village is made up of snail-like buildings and sits below a feudal castle restored in 1630. Many of the walls have been restored, hence the name 'village of walls'. Milhars, with its tranquil setting, enjoys an exceptional quality of life.

Jan A real 'maison de charme' in lovely rural village
This is a beautiful traditional'cottage', part of a larger property, with its own terrace overlooking flowering plants, trees and a few traditional houses in this small historic village. Well furnished with authentic charm and all you could need for your stay... I loved opening the windows and doors to let the in sunshine and birdsong ... and at night looking over the calm darkness with just a few street lights below. Just a note that the stairs to the bedroom and bathroom are steep and the toilet at the end of a long quirky corridor on the first floor...
Situated off the main street below the medieval village with its private chateau high above, and a village bar/restaurant/epicerie nearby offering a friendly place to eat and buy a few necessities.
I would not hesitate to recommend this for a quite rural stay.- Cleanliness
