The Holiday cottage is surrounded by fields, just a few kilometers from the village of Montans. The Toulouse-Albi freeway takes you quickly to the Tarn region.
Nearby is Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with its imposing cathedral, voted the most beautiful cathedral in France.
You're also close to Gaillac, where winegrowers open the doors of their estates to let you taste the local wine. You can also explore the surrounding hilltop villages of Castelnau-de-Montmiral, Puycelsi and Cordes-sur-Ciel.

THE GITE :
This large house has been given a new lease of life over the years. This former barn has plenty of space for family vacations.

First floor:
- 2 kitchens: hob, microwave, fridge, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher...
- veranda with dining table and living room with sofa bed for an additional 2 people
- second playroom with fireplace
- separate toilet

Upstairs, the sleeping area:
- a large bedroom with a pull-out bed for 2 single beds, and a 160cm double bed
- the other two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed
- a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet
- a second, larger shower room with 2 basins and a shower. Separate toilet in hallway

Large garden in front of the veranda, plenty of space. In front of the house: a concreted courtyard for the little ones to ride their scooters or bikes, with parking for cars.
Behind this concrete courtyard, a company shed, but you'll especially appreciate the large garden on the other side of the house, just in front of this beautiful, bright veranda.
