In Mazamet, in the Négrin district, this single-storey Holiday cottage welcomes you at the foot of the Mountain Noire. You'll find the atmosphere of an old-fashioned village in an authentic setting.

Mazamet, the former capital of délainage, has reinvented itself while making the most of its rich past. The urban trails bring to life the era of mansions and the leather industry, while the Maison des Mémoires traces the history of Catharism, which originated in the region. Today, Mazamet is also a popular destination for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts: between the Himalayan footbridge overlooking the Arnette valley, the signposted trails, Lake des Montagnès and the ascent of the myhtical Pic de Nore, there's no shortage of ideas for outings.
Just a stone's throw from the Holiday cottage, the Passa Païs greenway takes you by bike or on foot to the Hérault river, and the City's new swimming pool delights young and old alike.

This air-conditioned family home is ideal for 4 people. Entrance is via a small courtyard enclosed by a gate, which doubles as a terrace for outdoor meals, overlooking the garden.
A hall leads to a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. A small corridor leads to a 2nd bedroom, also with a 140x190 bed, and then to the living room, which is comfortable and bathed in light thanks to its bay window overlooking the courtyard. It includes a sitting area with TV and a well-equipped kitchen area.

An interior staircase (closed to rental) recalls the house's former configuration. A cool room in the basement can be used to store bikes or other equipment, and also features a toilet and an additional shower room.

Opposite the house is a small garden, accessible by a few steps. Unenclosed but pleasant, it is equipped with deckchairs. A private garage completes the property.

Heating and electricity extra (meter reading required). Bed linen and towels provided.
